Our training sessions will contain a progressive mix of strength, cardio and flexibility. We’ll focus on building lean muscle to burn calories and fat, sculpt your body shape, create stability and flexibility in your joints, and take your health and fitness to the next level. You’ll love your body after this programme.

Your training programme will also complement your personalised at home muscle activation and stretching programme. This will help you stand taller, move better, and reduce your general life activity aches and pains. It will also ensure that we can progress through your training programme injury-free.

We’ll take a comprehensive set of measurements and undertake complete reviews every 4-6 weeks to ensure that you’re on track with your goals and to optimise your programme as we go. And no I won’t share your information with anyone e
How much does it cost?
Sessions start from £30 per week for semi private in person PT and £40 per week for 1-2-1 training, so please only apply if you are prepared to invest at least £30 a week on yourself. If that is out of your budget right now, look out for courses and wrkshops within The Vault

Is there a membership or joining fee?
No! I am a membership free, fully equipped private studio.
Will there be others in the studio with me?
The studio is strictly used for pre-booked personal training sessions only. You will have full privacy and my full attention.

I follow a complete body approach assessing all areas of your fitness and lifestyle to create a program that not only focuses on creating an individual training plan but also developing a lifestyle plan that teaches you about nutrition, positive mind set and the importance of balance in your life. Your sessions will be held in a fully equipped private studio where you can train without onlookers or waiting for equipment, OR you can choose the virtual option to take them with you anywhere you are.
I also provide additional support outside of session times by remaining in contact with you via the EMPWR App so you are able to ask any questions, monitor your progress, and adjust your goals as you move through the program to maintain your motivation and enthusiasm.
